Coffee and Cake Afternoon
Friday 31st May 2010

We had a great turn out yet again at the ever popular Coffee and Cake afternoon, with some delicious home-made cakes available to buy.  We managed to raise over £200.

Clothes for a Cause
Friday 31st May 2010

Well done to everyone who brought along their old unwanted clothing last Friday - we collected together 146 bin bags full of clothing which is amazing and we raised £313.20 for the school - just by having a spring clean - look out for details of the next collection in the next school year

So in total we raised over £500 in just one day!

Quiz Night
Friday 22nd January 2010

The quiz night was a fantastic success all thanks to Mr & Mrs Beese for the questions, we raised over £380 at this event with Mrs Cottis' teachers team coming out tops.
I understand that there were a few headaches the following morning!!
I guess it must have been all that thinking.
Thank you to all those who helped out at this event without you it would be a non-starter.

Coffee & Cake afternoon
Friday 23rd October

For the second year running this event was a roaring success with a positive feast of cakes and visitors alike.  A big thank you to all those who contributed to the event.
We raised a total of £262 which is fantastic.

Medieval Summer Fayre - June 2009

The medieval summer fayre was a great success this year with country dancing, tumbling, and a fancy dress competition.  The hog roast was very popular as were the stocks - thank you to Mrs Walker and Mr Baker who got soaked!

The highlight of the day was the falconry display.  We had a chance to meet all the birds (including a baby owl), a raven and an eagle.  Later the falconry team put on a display for us and we watched the birds swooping down.

The weather was great and we raised over £2,000.  Well done everyone!

We received lots of positive feedback following the recent Pamper Evening;

Really enjoyed the evening, it was nice to get together with other mums and

enjoy some relaxing adult time!

It was an excellent opportunity to try out a few treatments I might not have been brave enough to try otherwise, and at a bargain price! The reflexology therapist was spot on, and the Reiki was very

relaxing. I slept better that night than I have for months!

A fantastic evening.  It was a great opportunity to try out different therapies at excellent rates.

When is the next one?

It was a great night, a brilliant opportunity to try out new treatments at a very

reasonable cost

I've never had a psychic manicure before!!

Our thanks go the traders and helpers who made it such a lovely evening.

BIG DIG
The building of the Sensory Trail on the Infant play area in April '08 was a huge success due to the help and co-operation of everyone at the school.  Well done and here are a few photos...

So many people gave so much time and effort, it really is difficult to single people out but special thanks must go to Sharon Murdoch (the brains of the operation) and Tim Dineen (general superstar).
